In the afternoon of May 15, 2019, Professor Ming-Wei Wang (Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library and Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University) met with world renowned scientist, Dr. Jens Juul Holst and his wife, Dr. Mette M. Rosenkilde, at Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen (Denmark). They exchanged information about their latest achievements in incretin studies and discussed the feasibility of forging close research collaborations on structures and functions of incretin receptors. Dr. Wang also interacted with their associates thereafter, such as computational biologist Associate Professor Thomas Frimurer from Centre for Basic Metabolic Research (University of Copenhagen) and two graduate students, Mr. Alexander Sparre-Ulrich and Mr. Wӱnand ven der Velden.
