In the afternoon of April 6, 2018, Professor Ming-Wei Wang (Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library and Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University) met with Dr. Fiona Gribble (Professor of Endocrine Physiology) and her husband, Dr. Frank Reimann (Reader in Endocrine Signalling), at Institute of Metabolic Science, University of Cambridge Clinical School. They briefed each other of respective research progresses following their last meeting a few years ago and reached an agreement as to starting collaboration on insulin-like peptide-5 and its receptors.
