Led by Mr. Taitong Zhou, Vice chairman of Shanghai Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), an inspection group consisting of 60 or so CPPCC members focusing on “Construction of science and technology innovation centers with global influence” visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the afternoon of November 27, 2014. They received a warm reception by Professor Fajun Nan, Deputy Director of CNCL, and were briefed with the development history, research facility, operating mechanisms, cultural environment and public services of CNCL.
