In the morning of November 27, 2014, Mr. Baihua Fang and Mr. Jianping Hu, Vice Chairman and Secretary General, respectively, of Shanghai Pudong New Area Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), as well as a group of their colleagues visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL).
