In the afternoon of January 17, 2014, Dr. Xiaobo Ren, Chief of Division of Resources, Environment and Life Sciences, Bureau of Major R&D Programs, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), inspected the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL). He was accompanied by Professor Shuhong Guan, Deputy Chief of Office for Scientific Research, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica (SIMM), CAS. Professor Ming-Wei Wang (Director of CNCL) briefly introduced the history and development plan of CNCL. Dr. Ren was very impressed by the rapid growth of CNCL.
