Director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, Mr. Li Xu, together with Mr. Guofeng Tao (Deputy Director) and Madam Xiayun Zhang (Deputy Dvision Chief) met with Dr. Ming-Wei Wang (Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/the Chinese National Compound Library) in the morning of November 16, 2012. Mr. Xu warmly congratulated Dr. Ming-Wei Wang as a recipient of the 2102 "Shanghai Magnolia Gold Award". Dr. Wang made some suggestions concerning services provided to overseas Chinese.
