On August 16, 2019, Dr. Jiayu Liao, Associate Professor of Bioengineering at Bourns College of Engineering, University of California, Riverside (U.S.A.) visited the National Center for Drug Screening (NCDS) and the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL), respectively. He was invited and warmly greeted by Drs. Ming-Wei Wang (Director of NCDS/CNCL and Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University) and Dehua Yang (Professor at Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica (SIMM), Chinese Academy of Sciences). They discussed various progresses made in their collaborative research project and manuscript preparation. During the visit, Dr. Liao assisted Ms. Yuzhe Wang (Ph.D. student, SIMM) in revising her research paper.
