Chaired by Dr. Ming-Wei Wang, Director of the National Center for Drug Screening, a roundtable discussion about collaboration on serum and glucocorticoid-regulated kinase 3 (SGK3) inhibitor development was held at the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of December 18, 2015. Present were Drs. Yonghui Wang, Deyong Ye, Ying Chen, Bangguo Wei, Li Ye and Xinsheng Lei from School of Pharmacy, Fudan University, as well as Dr. Yujun Zhao from Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences. They enthusiastically discussed structural modifications of the active leads discovered by high-throughput screening campaigns. Dr. Dehua Yang and Ms. Xinchuan Dai from CNCL participated in the meeting.
