Professor Ming-Wei Wang (Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library and Dean of School of Pharmacy, Fudan University) visited the largest pharmacy education institution in Italy ‒ Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Milan in the afternoon of May 17, 2019. He was warmly received by Professor Anna Arnoldi, Chair of Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. After exchange of respective institutional information, Dr. Wang was briefed by Dr. Carmen Lammi (Researcher) of the progresses made in her research projects and interacted with Dr. Gilda Aiello and Ms. Yuchen Li (Chinese Ph.D. student) who were attending the discussion, looking for common interest to initiate bilateral collaboration. Dr. Wang then had one-to-one chat with Drs. Alessandro Pedretti (Researcher and computational biologist) and Laura Fumagalli (Ricercatore and medicinal chemist), respectively, that helped deepen mutual understanding.
