In the afternoon of March 27, 2019, Professor Dehua Yang, Senior Engineer Jia Wang and Senior Technician Qiang Shen from the National Center for Drug Screening, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences held a telephone conference, at the Board Room of the Chinese National Compound Library, (CNCL), with Drs. Wen Xiong (Director of Scientific Program), Shuo Chen (Principle Investigator), Kun Sun (Investigator) and Chi Kin Chan (Director of HTS) from Global Health Drug Discovery Institute in Beijing (GHDDI; Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, U.S.A.). They made broad and in-depth discussions relative to a research collaboration program and agreed upon the near-term priorities and task assignments.
