Mr. Zhongming Zeng from Public Hospital Administration of Shenzhen Municipality visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of September 14, 2015. He was warmly greeted by Dr. Ming-Wei Wang, Director of CNCL, and was deeply impressed by the operating mechanisms, service-oriented approaches and advanced technologies at CNCL.
