Accompanied by Mr. Al Ross (Counsellor, Science and Innovation) and Ms. Jessie Zhang (Research Assistant/Interpreter) from New Zealand Embassy in Beijing, Professor Kathryn McPherson, Chief Executive of Health Research Council (HRC) of New Zealand, visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of September 9, 2015. She received a warm reception by Professor Ming-Wei Wang (Director of CNCL) and chatted with several scientists who are involved in Sino-New Zealand joint research projects as well as international students from Malaysia. Professor McPherson also observed a bilateral high-throughput drug screening experiment procedure during her visit.
