Mr. Wusan Cai (Deputy Chief of Innovation Promotion Department) and Mr. Xiyou Fan (Deputy Chief of Coordination and Service Department) from the Administration Commission of Shanghai High-Tech Parks visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the afternoon of August 18, 2015. They were accompanied by Mr. Hua Qian (Chief of Planning and Financing Department) and Mr. Lixin Yu (Deputy Chief of Planning and Financing Department) from Shanghai Zhangjiang INNOPARK Administrative Committee and warmly received by Dr. Ming-Wei Wang, Director of CNCL. A broad discussion was conducted among them regarding the construction plan of “Zhangjiang International Collaboration Center for Science and Technology”.
