Professor Peter Shepherd from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of March 17, 2015. He was warmly received by Dr. Ming-Wei Wang (Director of CNCL) and discussed the latest progresses made on a collaborative research project with relevant scientists. The project is supported by both Chinese and New Zealand governments. Dr. Shepherd had his lunch at Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences where he met with a number of old friends and collaborators.
