The Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) held its “Compound Resource and Drug Screening Online Network” application training course on January 20, 2015 in Shanghai. Twenty five delegates representing the CNCL core facility, six satellite libraries and eleven institutions that intend to participate in the proposed “regional resource centers” attended the training course. Dr. Ming-Wei Wang, Director of CNCL, introduced key principles and overall arrangements for the use of this online network. Mr. Lei Wan, Project Manager from Shanghai Inforstack Co., Ltd. gave a step-by-step introduction relative to the use of this website. The attendants discussed in detail regarding optimization, promotion and application plans in their individual institutions. Dr. Wang answered various questions raised by the attendants and assigned tasks for the coming three months.
