Dr. Ming-Wei Wang (Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library) met with Drs. Peter K. Vogt (Einstein Chair Professor, Chinese Academy of Sciences), Jiayu Liao (Associate Professor, University of California, Riverside), Hongjun Ji (President, Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc.), Barry J. Simon (CEO, Conkwest Immuno Oncology) and Xiaobo Wang (Vice President, Acea Biosciences, Inc.), respectively, in Southern Californian in the afternoon of December 30, 2014. Mutual consent was achieved between the parties relative to bilateral cooperation plans in 2015. In the evening, Dr. Wang attended a New Year’s  networking party organized by Dr. Ke Liu in Irvine for “Thousand Talents Program” experts presently visiting Southern California.
