Professor Ming-Wei Wang, Director of the National Center for Drug Screening and the Chinese National Compound Library, visited Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research at Melbourne (Australia) in the afternoon of August 29, 2014. Drs. David C.S. Huang, Guillaume Lessene and their colleagues warmly greeted him. They discussed broadly regarding potential bilateral collaboration in the area of chemical biology. In the morning, Dr. Wang met with Professor Stephen Smith (Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences) and Professor Glenn Bowes (Associate Dean) for the second time during his stay. He also conducted academic exchanges at the Department of Pharmacology, the University of Melbourne, with Drs.  Ross Bathgate, Andrew Gundlach, Gabrielle Callander and M. Akhter Hossain.
