During his attendance to 2014 Queenstown Molecular Biology Meetings, Professor Ming-Wei Wang, Director of the National Center for Drug Screening and the Chinese National Compound Library, met with Professor Peter Shepherd, a collaborator from University of Auckland in the morning of August 26, 2014. Dr. Vernon Choy, Group Manager of Health Research Council of New Zealand (HRC), participated in the discussion. Drs. Shepherd and Wang discussed the up-to-date progresses made in their collaborative research project sponsored by the governments of both countries. They have also decided the main theme of 2015 Queenstown Molecular Biology (Shanghai) Meetings will be “Drug discovery and technological frontiers” to be held in Shanghai in March, 2015.
