Academician Jiannian Yao, Vice President of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and Professor Yongjun Chen, Deputy Director of Department of Chemical Sciences of NSFC, inspected the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the afternoon of May 15, 2014. They were accompanied by Professor Hualiang Jiang, Director of Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences and warmly greeted by Professor Ming-Wei Wang, Director of CNCL. Following a brief presentation by Dr. Wang, the honorable guests highly appreciated the active role that CNCL plays in promoting China’s drug discovery efforts.
