The 2nd National Compound Resource Information Network Consultation Meeting, chaired by Professor Ming-Wei Wang, was held at the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of April 22, 2014. Professor Tian Xia and Associate Professor Wei Xu of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HZUST) conducted an in-depth discussion with the system development team from Shanghai Wicresoft Co., Ltd., covering topics such as program goals, plan, design and execution. An agreement was reached among the parties.
