Mr. Ji-An Bian, Secretary of the Ninghai County CPC Committee, Ningbo City of Zhejiang Province and fourteen of his colleagues visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of January 13, 2014. They were warmly welcomed by Professor Yang Ye, Deputy Director of Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
