Accompanied by Dr. Huailing Zhong, President of U-Pharm Laboratories LLC. (USA), Dr. Richard R. Neubig, Professor of the Department of Pharmacology, the University of Michigan (USA), Present of American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics (ASPET), visited the National Center for Drug Screening (NCDS) and delivered a lecture entitled "The ups and downs of targeting regulators of G protein signaling proteins" in the morning of April 2, 2013. Afterwards, he went to the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL). Professor Ming-Wei Wang, Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/the Chinese National Compound Library briefly introduced the history and development plan of the library. During his stay, Professor Neubig met with a number of young scientists and was briefed with a number of ongoing research projects.
