The 11th Board of Directors meeting of the 2nd Session of Shanghai Pudong Engineers Association (SPEA) was held at the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the afternoon of November 20, 2012. The Board members were very impressed by the history, development and prospect of this state key R&D facility with international reputation.
