Accompanied by Dr. Martina Bielefeld-Sevigny (Vice President & General Manager, Drug Discovery & Research Reagent Solutions) and Mr. Jiemin Yan (Business Manager), Mr. Robert F. Friel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PerkinElmer (USA) visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of September 7, 2012. A warm reception was given by Professor Ming-Wei Wang who also provided a brief introduction of the CNCL. The guests were deeply impressed by this state-of-the-art facility and future plan of CNCL. As a global leading manufacturer of life science instruments, informatics tools and research reagents, PerkinElmer intends to establish a long-term collaboration with CNCL to jointly promote research and development of innovative drugs.
