Mr. Patrick Chen (Director, Shanghai International Conference Management Organization, SICMO) and Mr. Justin Yang (Director, Promotion Department, SICMO) visited the National Center for Drug Screening (NCDS) and the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of July 24, 2012, respectively. During a warm reception, Mr. Chen presented a new appointment letter of " Shanghai Convention Ambassador" to Dr. Wang followed by a heated discussion on potential ways and means to strengthen the competitiveness of the city in attracting international conferences and exhibits.
