Deputy Director and Section Chief of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, Mr. Guofeng Tao visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the afternoon of March 14, 2012. Professor Ming-Wei Wang briefly introduced the development, culture and prospect of the library. Mr. Tao was not only deeply impressed by the scale and infrastructure of this state-of-the-art research facility, but also highly appreciated the cultural environment as well as its vision. He expressed that his office and staff will continue to provide best services and make joint efforts to construct a country of innovation.
